EvilTaxi: The heart of a Rebel mob deck, this strong ally should almost always be one of your starting allies if you run the above deck. He'll most likely be a giant target if he ever assigns to a search party, so use Challenge the Sun with him to take out key allies like Hakuro or Foolish Pawns during the main phase. Include and/or start him if you play mobs, otherwise he's useless.
