Out the Window

EvilTaxi: This card is the cornerstone of a Rebel battle deck. With a huge cost of 7 Strength, most other decks just aren't suited to Equivalent Exchange 2 or 3 cards to use it. Rebels at level 2 should easily have either 6 or 7 Strength, making this card free or costing only 1 card. The +3 to the battle attribute is especially good. Combine this with Militia for maximum effectiveness. Must add for decks that have high Strength, not so much for others.
